SHOTGUN BBQ ANNOUNCE THEIR THANKSGIVING MENU

Shotgun BBQ have announced that in honour of the most iconic of the U.S holiday’s, they have created a stunning three course Thanksgiving set menu priced at £45 per person.
The menu, a vision of Shotgun’s Executive Chef Brad McDonald, pays homage to a traditional meal that would be served across the pond and starts off with a welcome drink, devilled eggs and pimento cheese on arrival. Once guests have been given the chance to take in all the luxurious décor and deep south hospitality that Shotgun has to offer they will be seated for the main event – The Feast.
The Feast is undoubtedly the show piece of the menu and consists of no less than nine elements and boasts three different meats. The feast, that would make any ex pat or seasoned Thanksgiving expert proud sports Smoked Heritage Breed Turkey, USDA Smoked Brisket, Country Ham, White Bread Stuffing, Glazed Sweet Potato, Baked Potato Mash, Creamed Spinach, Coleslaw and Brad’s famous Cornbread.
If after all that you’ve got room for dessert, then there are more traditional Thanksgiving foods on the menu with Pecan Pie and Banana Pudding on offer.
This menu is perfect for anyone looking to celebrate Thanksgiving in London with both family and friends. Shotgun BBQ, on Soho’s Kingly Street, has a long sweeping marble-topped bar with bar-side dining, leather banquettes with wood panelling and low lighting – as well as a lower floor with open kitchen, wood store for the wood burning smokers and a semi-private dining room.
